alphagraphix (2021)

The images represent the flat outside of the building, creating a plan for a space that only exists once built. Playing on the relationship between public and private space, the work becomes an artefact that represents the walls that decorate the outside realm and simultaneously an object used to decorate the private. The space within walls act to frame our existence, by turning the public façade of the building onto itself we turn our gaze inwards.

alphagraphix (2021) was selected to feature in the OUTPOST Member’s Publication 2021, selected by Rasha Kahil. Three images were printed on card and enclosed as prints to accompany the publication. The publication is available to purchase from the OUPOST editions store.
